Overview

WordLink Mini is designed to be a simple, offline game. We do not run our own analytics SDKs or ad networks. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

Information We Handle
• On-device data: levels, scores, achievements, preferences. This never leaves your device except as part of your own device backups (e.g., iCloud or Finder).
• Support emails: If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use this solely to respond and then retain the thread for reference and legal obligations.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share diagnostics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us aggregated, anonymized crash logs. These logs do not include personal information and are used only to improve stability.

What We Do Not Do
• No advertising SDKs
• No third-party tracking for marketing
• No selling or renting of personal data

Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests (app stability and support), performance of a contract (providing the app), and consent (your choice to email us or share diagnostics via Apple).

Your Rights

Subject to your local laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain data. Since the app stores data on your device, most actions can be performed by you (e.g., deleting the app removes local data). For support emails, contact us at adranak@icloud.com.

Children

WordLink Mini is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has emailed us, please contact us to remove the message.

Data Retention
• On-device game data: until you delete the app or reset progress.
• Support emails: kept as long as needed for support and legal obligations, then securely deleted.

International Transfers

If you email us, your message may be processed in the country where our email provider stores data. We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect app or legal changes. The latest version will be provided with app updates or upon request.
